Senior Cricket

In 2009 the Club had 40 playing members. However in continuing to run a minimum of 3 teams and hoping to run more the Club welcomes new playing members of all ages and levels of experience. The only qualifications, apart from the desire to play regular village cricket, are compliance with the Club’s rules and Codes of Conduct. Although the Club is keen to maximise the number of playing members from its immediate local community, many existing playing members live farther afield and new playing members are welcome wherever they may live. In January 2009 the Club will be organising weekly evening nets on Mondays, which will be attended by one or more Level 2 coaches. These nets are open to cricketers who may wish to consider becoming playing members of the Club during the 2009 Season.
